For the few of you who read this site, I have a question for you.

If a person has a more task-oriented than relational leadership style (i.e. would rather cross things off a to-do list than spend time on interpersonal relationships), how does he improve his relational leadership skills?

I’m guessing it’s possible, but I have no clue how.  Leave your thoughts, suggestions and links to other sites in the comments section.  This should be a good way of determining my readership.
